I've wanted to eat at Wildwood for quite some time now, and was thrilled to finally be able to last night. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful, I could not stop looking at the ceiling, which is constructed with curved wood.

We began with a Salami, Kalamata Olive and Feta pizza. The pizza was cooked perfectly, and it was hard to stop eating it - but I needed to save room for my entree. I ordered the Carlton Farms Pork Chop which was served over sunchoke puree and mustard spaetzle. The meat was cooked perfectly, and I remarked to the waiter that if I could cook pork that perfectly, that I'd eat it every day. My boyfriend ordered the braised short ribs, which were excellent.

For dessert, we had a flourless chocolate hazelnut cake, which was delicious, but for some reason served cold. We would have preferred it to be warm, but still enjoyed it.

Overall, our dinner was excellent. The waiter was attentive and suggested a wine that went perfectly with our meals. I look forward to dining at Wildwood again!
